Westwood Highlands Neighbors: Help FightThreat. California’s Legislature threatens single family zoning, proposing to allow developers unlimited ability to convert existing single family zoned parcels in our neighborhood into 4-8 unit condos/rentals. Join with the non profit organization Livable California to fight upzoning and preserve the single family character of our neighborhood. Their website link is

Saturday, October 10th 1-4pm Westwood Highlands Block Party
We’re excited to keep the tradition going! Mark your calendars and join us this year on Brentwood (between Hazelwood and Valdez).
This is a wonderful time to get to know your neighbors, spend an afternoon with your family and enjoy a nice afternoon out in the Highlands. Hot dogs, burgers, beer, wine and soft drinks will be served. For the children (and the young at heart), there will be games and a bouncy house.
